1. Do you offer discreet shipping?

Absolutely ✅ All orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes with no mention of LoveTrick or the nature of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Canada: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
  • We ship Monday–Friday, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

4. What is your return policy?

We only accept returns or exchanges for unused items in their original, unopened packaging that have a manufacturing defect. If approved, the refund amount will be adjusted for a shipping/restocking fee if necessary. For more details, visit our Return Policy.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us by email. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

8. What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
