LoveTrick Return & Exchange Policy
At LoveTrick, your satisfaction matters to us. While many of our products are intimate in nature and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, we do accept returns or exchanges under specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept a return or exchange if all the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, worn, or used, even once.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us – Email us with your order number, product details, and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- Approval – Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Inspection – Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
- Approved refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, which will be applied as a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items are final sale:
- All opened or used products
- Lingerie, hosiery, and wearable items
- Clearance and sale items
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
