Duration: Standard 2-year limited warranty on all rechargeable or battery-powered We‑Vibe toys purchased through authorized WOW Tech retailers, including LoveTrick.

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects that affect product function.

Exclusions: Normal wear & tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, neglect, tampering, or damage from oils, creams, or moisture. Unauthorized modifications or opening the device will void the warranty.

Claim Requirements:

  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) showing date and authorized seller.
  • Product serial number and a description of the defect.

Process:

  1. Submit an online Warranty/RMA request form.
  2. Wait for contact from WOW Tech with RMA number and shipping instructions.
  3. If approved, WOW Tech covers return shipping and sends a replacement or refund, typically matching the original purchase.

Important: Warranty does not reset after replacement—it begins from the original purchase date.
